General terms

Scope of application
The following general terms of trade shall
apply to all orders made through the Keeper Arts shop.
2.
Placing the order
The order is considered placed when the
products you have placed in your cart are processed and have the status
"Order placed".
Before placing an order you will be asked to
register with the Keeper Arts shop and provide certain information. When
placing an order, you have an option of asking a question and/or expressing any
additional requests by filling up the appropriate fields of the form.
Any products placed in your cart until
processing of the order are considered to be expression of interest and do not
place any obligations on either of the Parties.
You will recieve an automatic e-mail,
confirming the Keeper Arts has received your order.
3.
Order processing
Immediately upon the order is placed, the
Keeper Arts will check the product availability, possibility to use your
desired payment and delivery method (for more information on payment and
delivery terms check the appropriate sections of the Terms & Condition).
The Keeper Arts team will do its best to answer your questions and/or satisfy
additional requests where such are placed along with the order.
3.1. Where the Keeper Arts can satisfy all
terms of the order place you will recieve the confirmation, indicating the
chosen items, price of the products, price of the chosen delivery method and
payment method. You may now provide the payment in accordance with the
confirmed payment method.
3.2. Where the Keeper Arts cannot satisfy all
or any terms of the placed order, you will recieve rejection letter, indicating
the chosen items as well as the reason for rejection. You will be offerred with
reasonable solution where possible.
4. Payment
Payment shall be made upon receipt of the
order confirmation.
In case the payment is not made within 5 days
from the date of order confirmation, the order is deemed canceled.

5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from the Republic of
Latvia (EU). Payment of any possible customs and/or other duties, taxes and/or
fees related to the delivery and/or products (where applicable) are your sole
responsibility. The Keeper Arts takes no responsibility for any possible
results of failure to pay sauch duties, taxes and/or fees.
The order is dispatched within reasonable time
upon receipt of the payment for the corresponding order. You will receive the
dispatch confirmation notice via e-mail. If you have not recieved a dispatch
confirmation notice from the Keeper Arts for more than 24 hours, please contact
us to find the solution.
The actual delivery time from the moment of
dispatch till you receive the order. The Keeper Arts make no representations as
to the delivery time. Please, check the Delivery terms of the Terms &
Conditions to see available delivery methods.
6. Order completion
Order is deemed completed and the Keeper Arts
has fulfilled its obligations when the order is shipped.
Present does not affect your rights that
appear in accordance with the Keeper Arts Polices.
7.
Claims and/or complaints
Please, check the integrity of the packaging,
assortment of the delevered items as well as overall visual quality upon
receipt. Inform us by e-mailing to support@keeperarts.com
Should you fail to inform us of any
inconformities within 5 days from the date of receipt, the order will be
considered duly completed, the items shall be considered to match the order and
delivered in good quality.
No claims/complaints with regards to the
packaging integrity, assortment and visual quality of the products will be
accepted beyond this point. Any complaints/claims regarding hidden defects or
faults that could not be detected upon receipt, shall be concidered in
accordance with our Return & Refund policies.

You can see your previous orders when you log
in the user account.
Should the content of these General terms
change, you will be informed.
